Resprana is a start-up designing products that help people live better while pushing fashion boundaries and introducing new trends.
Environments all around the world are changing under increased urbanization, growing populations and more systemic natural events that are changing individual habits, dress codes and health focus.


Duo is out first product, striving to protects the wearer from airborne particles, to hay fever allergens and pollution particles from exhausts. Through our initial launch and subsequent developments, we strive to address modern needs with a fashion forward approach, making consumer products initially seen as a necessity, desirable.

Brand Creative:

We are looking for an extremely talented Brand Creative to support our development across all platforms (digital, print, packaging).
Working in close collaboration with the CTO/Head of brand, you will be responsible for creating assets that support the brand direction and push its creative and disruptive approach to consumer wearables further.

 

You are perfect for this job if:

-       You have a passion for making things that are disruptive and look different than the norm, knowing where to push and where to hold off.

-       You are interested in physical products and understand how product media works best, when to focus on the product, when to focus on the story.

-       You feel comfortable specifying 2D media that is optimized for its use.

-       You understand and have experience designing or designing for websites with a strong understanding of the Shopify platforms and basic knowledge of Html and CSS limitations and display requirements.

-       You are able to work under minimal guidance and have a strong creative opinion.

 

You must have:

-       A BA. or MA. in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Brand Design or related field. Students in their Junior or Senior year that have a strong portfolio can be considered.

-       A strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, primarily Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.

-       Good knowledge of Office 365 suite.

-       An amazing portfolio that displays experience in various types of media creation and shows your style and focus.

 

This position is a part-time/ freelance role with the opportunity for full time in the future. Offered compensation can vary from fixed hourly rate to company equity for someone with a great company fit.

Head of Marketing:

We are looking for a star marketer to help us get our brand and products out into the world. As we go through multiple faces of product launch and early lifecycles, you will be responsible for our outreach and strategy across multiple sales channels as well as supporting our customer acquisition objectives.

 

You are perfect for this job if:

-       You have experience marketing products or services from a very early stage of development.

-       You have successfully lead marketing campaigns across crowd sourcing platforms like Kickstarter or Indiegogo.

-       You have experience building outreach lists and acquiring outreach data for product launch (email contact lists, media plan release, etc...).

-       You can assist in specifying and designing physical and virtual assets to best support your work.

-       You have in depth knowledge of digital advertisement across all social media and retail platforms as well as best practices for B2C direct online sales.

-       You have experience developing both direct to customer platform retail as well as marketing to larger accounts and corporate clients.

-       Your are analytical and can derive targeted insight from market and consumer trends and data-sets.

-       You are a starter that enjoys branching out from your role and taking on other hats in a small team.

 

You must have:

-       A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce or related field.

-       4+ years demonstrating the ability to lead successful marketing campaigns.

-       A deep knowledge about the consumer product world, trends and markets.

-       Demonstrated ability to manage relations with agencies and freelance contractors and generate a marketing partnership pool.

-       The ability to multi-task and work collaboratively with a remote team.

-       Working knowledge of BI tools (Domo, Excel, etc…)

-       Ideally you have a strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, primarily Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.

-       Good knowledge of Office 365 suite.

-       A portfolio that demonstrates your work.

COO/Head of Operations:

The role:

We are looking for the person that will help us scale our operations, from shipping our first orders to scaling our platform to allow for efficient internal and external operational efficiency.

 

You are perfect for this job if:

-       You have operational experience inside a consumer goods start-up or small/medium company.

-       You have shipped first time products from FOB to customer’s door step and setup the logistical partners and resources to support it.

-       You have experience in dealing with tariffs, certifications and regulatory agencies and requirements in the US and abroad.

-       You strive for continuous improvement of supply chain and logistics.

-       You are an expert at forecasting production schedules, processing orders and setting up fulfillment requirements from production to shipping to delivery.

-       You have experience setting up customer support platforms and post market sales.

-       You are a starter that enjoys branching out from your role and taking on other hats in a small team.

 

You must have:

-       A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Commerce, Logistics, or related field.

-       4+ years experience in a leading role in consumer goods operations.

-       A deep knowledge about the consumer product world, trends and markets.

-       Demonstrated ability to manage sourcing. freight and fulfillment partners.

-       The ability to multi-task and work collaboratively with a remote team.

-       Working knowledge using fulfillment services and platforms (Flexport, Shipping Tree, etc…)

-       Working knowledge of modeling operational planning on BI tools or other platforms.

-       Working knowledge of managing sales and operation based on a Shopify online retail shop or similar.

-       Good knowledge of Office 365 suite.
